The sites below contain lists of children's picture, nonfiction, and fiction books on world history and United States history. They often categorize books by era, event, and/or location. Many of the sites include grade levels for books.
What are Primary Sources? Essentially, primary sources are first hand accounts of an event. Examples may include diaries, photographs, audio files, video recordings, memoirs, maps, artifacts, etc. The descriptions are from the sites.
